About the Project

A1solution is a niche strategic advisory platform built for Tatjana Michaelis and Jacqueline Steiner, the only certified separation advisors in the DACH region working at the intersection of private separation, divorce, and workplace performance. The project required a website that could speak to two very different audiences simultaneously, individuals going through personal crisis and corporate HR managers or executives dealing with the performance and productivity impact on their teams, without confusing either one. The design needed to feel warm and approachable for sensitive personal situations while remaining authoritative and professional for corporate decision-makers. This balance made the project one of the most strategically nuanced builds we have completed at StageNexa.

About the Founders

Tatjana Michaelis is a qualified separation counsellor, psychosocial advisor, and certified specialist counsellor with deep expertise in both the legal and emotional dimensions of personal separation. She also brings an organizational and business perspective to her work, helping companies understand the real impact that employee personal crises have on productivity, team dynamics, and business performance. Jacqueline Steiner is a certified specialist counsellor, organizational expert, and business economist who combines strategic thinking with human-centred advisory to help both individuals and organizations navigate the complexity of separation and its workplace consequences. Together they co-founded A1solution to bring a structured, certified, and holistic approach to a problem that most organizations acknowledge but rarely address professionally. Both founders won the Excellence Award in Dresden and were subsequently booked for the international Speaker Slam in New York, establishing them as credible voices in this highly specialized field across the entire DACH region.

The Challenge

A1solution operates in a highly sensitive and niche market where trust and authority need to be established immediately and carefully. Separation and divorce as a workplace performance issue is not commonly addressed in the corporate world, making Tatjana and Jacqueline's positioning genuinely unique but also requiring very deliberate and thoughtful presentation online. The website had to serve two completely different audiences without diluting the message for either. For individuals in personal crisis, the tone needed to feel safe, supportive, and trustworthy. For corporate clients such as HR directors, team leads, and executives, the tone needed to feel strategic, results-oriented, and professional. Presenting both on one website without creating confusion or misalignment was the central design and content challenge of this project.

The Solution

We built a fully custom WordPress website in German with an English translation option, using a distinctive gold color scheme and Montserrat typography that balances warmth, elegance, and professional authority. The structural reference was institut-besser-leben.com, adapted entirely around A1solution's unique positioning and brand identity. Two completely separate service sections were created to clearly address the individual client journey and the corporate advisory path, giving each audience their own dedicated space without overlap or confusion. Each co-founder received her own dedicated profile section, allowing visitors to connect personally with the people behind the advisory. A Spotify podcast was embedded to establish ongoing content authority and give new visitors an immediate way to experience their expertise. A YouTube media section showcased their public appearances, talks, and event coverage. The contact and booking section was designed to make it easy for both personal inquiries and corporate partnership conversations to begin with minimal friction.
