Collaboration

We believe in teamwork. You share your vision, we bring it to life. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process, so your ideas and feedback shape every step of the design.

 

Payment Terms

To begin a project, a 50% deposit confirms your booking and reserves your timeline.
The remaining 50% is paid after you approve the final website, before launch or handover.

If a project is cancelled after starting, we’ll calculate the percentage of completed work and refund the remaining balance fairly.

To make the payment process simple and flexible, you can choose any of the following secure methods:

• Payoneer : www.payoneer.com

• Remitly (Super Easy for International Transfers) : www.remitly.com

• Fiverr (Freelance Platform) : www.fiverr.com

You can select whichever option feels most comfortable for you.
Payment details and instructions will be shared once the project is confirmed.

 

Domain & Hosting

Clients are responsible for purchasing their own domain and hosting.
Some reliable options include Hostinger, GoDaddy, NameHero, and Namecheap.
If needed, we’ll gladly help you choose and set up the best hosting for your website.

You’ll need to share login access once the hosting and domain are ready, so we can start the project smoothly.

 

Data Privacy & Security

Your data and business information are always safe and secure.
We never share, sell, or misuse any information provided during the project.

 

After Launch Support

After your website goes live, we offer 1 month of free support for small fixes or minor adjustments.
This ensures everything runs perfectly, and you feel fully confident managing your site.

 

Monthly Maintenance

If you want StageNexa to handle ongoing website care: updates, security checks, speed optimization, blog uploads, product updates, etc. you can choose one of our monthly maintenance plans.
This keeps your website secure, fast, and updated without any stress.

 

 What I’ll Need from You

To get started, please provide the following:

• A clear idea of your vision, mission, and goals

• Your logo, images, and files (if available)

• Domain & hosting access

• A short description about your work or business

• Page names (e.g., Home, Bio, Keynote Speaking, Contact, Podcast, etc.)

• Page content (text, details, and descriptions, Design always depends on content)

• A reference website (if you have one)

The more details you provide, the better your website will reflect your personality and brand.

If you don’t have the content ready, no worries!
We can help with copywriting for your pages at a very small additional cost, written to match your voice and attract the right audience.

 

Website Handover

After the project is completed, we’ll share all necessary access details, including your website login credentials and a quick explanation of how to manage your site.

If you’d like, we’ll also guide you on how to update text, images, and pages, so you can confidently manage your website anytime.
